Helsinki, Finland, is known as a hub of Nordic design―a city where the philosophy of design, embracing both functional beauty and the charm of natural materials, is deeply rooted.
The city is home to numerous innovative brands, including Artek, which embodies the legacy of Alvar Aalto (AALT)'s design, and Marimekko, which captivates the world with its vibrant textiles.

In this city of design, we had the opportunity to exhibit at Habitare, a trade fair where we sought inspiration for new shoe designs. This event brought together not only renowned brands such as Artek and Marimekko but also many emerging designers who honor tradition while envisioning the future. It became a dynamic space for stimulating exchanges on materials, functionality, and the possibilities of design.

We are confident that the fusion of Nordic furniture design philosophy and our approach to shoemaking will give rise to new ideas. As we immerse ourselves in Helsinki’s deeply embedded design culture, we will continue to rethink the future of footwear, striving for even greater comfort and beauty.
