In the "Complete the Cipher" project, we will showcase creations infused with Misawa's deep respect for the HIP HOP scene he loves.

The first release in this series is a collaboration with designer Sakura Sumida of MISAWA SHOE DESIGN.
The concept for this design originated from an idea Misawa had in 2024 while visiting a café in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York.
Based on that moment of inspiration, the iconic Timberland boot shape was seamlessly incorporated, and Sakura Sumida finalized the design with details like light blue stitching, elevating its overall finish.
The name "Soul Craft '96" was given by HUNGER (GAGLE), who hails from the same hometown as Misawa and has been a driving force in Japan's HIP HOP scene.
This shoe carries not just a design, but a strong message beyond the surface.

The second release, "Williamsburg", is the first design Misawa envisioned while sitting in a café in Brooklyn, New York.
Positioned as Episode 1 of "Soul Craft ’96", this creation serves as the origin of the story.
This design deeply reflects the raw essence of what Misawa experienced in New York
―the struggle, the competition, the survival, and the feeling of being worn down.
The damp grime of subway platforms and city streets, the biting cold that cuts through the air―
every detail of New York that left an imprint on Misawa is embedded in this design.
"Williamsburg" is more than just boots―it is a manifestation of everything Misawa saw, felt in New York.
